About us

Joe Gerber and David Landa were qualified Chartered Accountants with their own practices who met after being paired in a Scottish Bridge International game in the 1960s. In 1968, they decided to merge their practices along with Basil Gee to create Gerber, Landa & Gee.

Over the years, GLG have trained and supported hundreds of students in gaining professional qualifications, while at the same time constantly adapting and evolving in response to the changes in technology and technical updates.

GLG have provided business support to a wide range of clients. From acting as a reporting accountant for the first company to register on the USM to rescuing the Souvenir Shops at the Gateshead Garden Festival, we have the knowledge and experience to assist you. GLG were also instrumental in the financial restructuring and preservation of Patrick Thistle Football Club.

Furthermore, GLG have always taken an interest in their community by getting involved and promoting a variety of arts and social events, including Mayfest and the Museum of Transport, and have invested in the National Football Stadium.
